I’m an Aussie personal trainer leading the holistic approach to coaching in Canberra.
Dedicated to the people I work with, my goal is to educate and empower you through movement, nutrition and mindset; so that you can achieve the body of your dreams and feel more confident than ever before.
My Story
My journey towards this way of living started at a very young age. Constant and unexplained sickness was a reality I had strugled with for most of my youth. I developed a mystery autoimmune disease as a teenager which lead to chronic fatigue and chronic pain.
After years of countless surgeries and invasive medical treatments I was left bed ridden in agonising, untreatable pain. Unable to do almost all normal activity, I felt like a prisoner in my own body and my mental health was now critical.
I had no choice, I had to get better.
I chose a different approach. I met numerous holistic health practitioners that guided me through my extreme fatigue, hormone imbalances and pain so I could get back on my feet and live life fully.
Through undertaking this approach, I now have a greater understanding of how to move through the “stuckness” I was experiencing… the same “stuckness” I see time and time again in the people I work with.
Now don’t get me wrong, I made plenty of mistakes along the way but that has allowed me to expand my knowledge and to have a larger understanding of how to guide people through their journey.
Now here I am - in the strongest body I’ve ever been in, guiding people just like to achieve optimal health.
I am the freest I have been in my whole life and I fully credit that to the hard work and consistency that allowed me to reach this level of freedom.
Health is not found in a pill, a cleanse or a crash diet but by putting in the consistent work towards a particular goal. Putting in the work is difficult and can feel like you’re not making any progress… which is why I chose to become a coach.

So what makes up input and output?
Input is what you PUT INto yourself to create a better output. When you move properly while exercising, fuel yourself appropriately, learn behaviour patterns and regulate your nervous system, what you offer to the world changes exponentially. This includes the confidence you portray because of your improved body image/composition, better communication (heavily influencing the relationships in your life), the ability to deal with stressful situations with your regulated nervous system and improved body awareness.

Chloe has spent the recent years of her life developing a pathway to streamline the development of individuals to create societal change. A change where people no longer need to fight to reach their health goals. A change where people don’t feel like they need to escape for a holiday because they are content with the life they have built. I have been pretty active and strong most of my life so was looking for something that would continue to push me, but would also be less demanding on my joints.
Along with this I have also accumulated a few injuries over the years which have never totally cleared up, and I had a nerve issue which resulted in a lot of muscle waste around one of my scapulas.
I have been seeing Chloe for PT twice a week for about 3 months and the sessions are ticking all the boxes. She went through where I was at and what I wanted to achieve both short and long term and I am seeing improvement in all the areas I want to progress in.
The sessions are a mix of pushing my strength\fitness with equipment and working on body weight skills. I have surprised myself a few times with what I can do on the rings\parallel bars and this is a result of the ground work Chloe has put into me previously.
My scapula issue, while still not fixed is definitely improving over time and I am seeing a lot of muscle development where previously I had basically no muscle at all. I am also seeing improvement in things I had kind of gotten use to, like achy knees, sore lower back, impinged shoulders and a few others
Overall I have really enjoyed our sessions and am seeing a lot of benefit from them, and would recommend Chloe to anyone who is looking for sessions based around calisthenics but tailored to specific goals.
